Opening Times

School is open for student 8.45am to 3.15pm during school term times. Additionally we offer morning and after school club from 7.30am until 6pm.

*This covers the expected 32.5 hours in school

Welcome from the Headteacher- Julie Fidler

Welcome to Rivendell Flying High Academy, which is a brand new, state of the art school that opened in September 2022.  I am very extremely proud to be the Headteacher of this wonderful new school that aims to 'Make Every Day Count' for our all of our children.

Our website is designed to show a small window into the daily life at Rivendell, presenting parents/carers and children with what makes us special.  

Our school is about every member of our community working together to provide each child with the best education possible, in a respectful and caring environment. In a friendly and welcoming environment, we aim to collaborate to make real contributions that will benefit our children and families every day.

Having high expectations, we aim to offer a rounded education, delivered by supportive staff, allowing children to demonstrate compassion, integrity and strive for excellence in a setting that provides them with the opportunities to reach their potential.

We believe each of our individual roles at Rivendell Flying High Academy has an impact on the future of every child – developing and inspiring the future leaders, entrepreneurs and innovators of tomorrow. We will continually strive to deliver learning experiences to engage and instil a curiosity to find out more.

Every pupil is special to us and deserves the best education we can offer. Working with our Trust, we drive forward improvement to ensure we really do 'Make Every Day Count'.
