Key Knowledge Progression

Our curriculum intent is based on our KKPDs (key knowledge progression documents) which take the National Curriculum (NC) and other pertinent documents, and break the content down into the composite, progressive knowledge our children will learn at each stage of their journey.

The knowledge within these documents are defined as substantive, procedural and / or disciplinary to ensure that the diet our children receive is well-rounded. The KKPDs exceed the ambitions of the NC and define the invaluable knowledge each child will receive throughout their schooling with us.

The KKPDs are broken down into cohesive and progressive learning sequences.
